Using a buyers agent should not be seen as a cost. It is an investment which usually SAVES you money both in the purchase price of the property, and longer term by selecting quality property that performs well into the future.

We are transparent with our fees because we know they are extremely competitive and all inclusive of things like building/pest inspections and bidding at auctions. We offer the same thorough professional service whether it’s a $500k property or a $3million property and our flat fee reflects this.

  • Due on contract becoming unconditional
