FAQ's

Why do I need a buyers agent? Doesn't the selling agent help me with the buying process?

Unlike selling agents who represent the seller's interests, buyers agents work exclusively for the buyer. They provide independent advice and advocacy throughout the buying process, ensuring that the buyer's interests are prioritized at all times. Whilst sellers agents may seem like they are on your side, the fact of the matter is they are legally bound to act in the interest of their own clients (the Seller) at all times.
